WHEREAS: • The GOAT, Devonbosch has the authority to control and co-ordinate access to - and usage of these properties and facilities, and • The GOAT, Devonbosch allows the access to- and usage of these properties and facilities for recreational purposes at Users’ own risk;- THEREFORE: 1. The User agrees to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings and further agrees to follow any verbal instructions or directions given by The GOAT, Devonbosch, its agents, employees or representatives. 2. The User also agrees not to engage any unlawful activities whilst making use of the facilities for recreational purposes. 3. The User acknowledges that there are certain inherent risks associated with the use of the property for recreational purposes. The User therefore assumes full responsibility for personal injury to themselves and / or family members/ friends. 4. The User releases and discharges The GOAT, Devonbosch, its agents, employees and representatives for any injury, loss or damage suffered as a result of the use of the property, whether caused by the fault of the User , their family /friends or any other unrelated third party. 5. The User agrees to indemnify and defend The GOAT, Devonbosch against all claims, liability, causes of action, damages, judgements, costs or expenses, which may in any way arise from use of the facilities by the User, their family/ friends or any other unrelated third party. 6. The User agrees to pay all damages caused to the property as result of the User and/or their family/friends’ negligent, wilful or reckless actions. 7. The User accepts sole responsibility for any minors under his/her care whilst using the property and indemnify The GOAT, Devonbosch on behalf of such minors on the terms of this document. 8. The User agrees and acknowledges that he/she have read all the terms and conditions of this agreement as well as the Rules related to the facilities and agree to be bound thereto.
